Ben Jardine is a New Zealand-American writer, improviser, and musician, who grew up in Los Angeles, California. His journalism work has appeared in magazines and on websites on both sides of the Pacific. He has been shortlisted twice for the National Flash Fiction Day prize (2021 and 2022), and he was published in the 2022 New Zealand Poetry Yearbook.
He has a degree in Creative Writing from Pitzer College, where he was a creative producer for a non-profit music and arts festival. With his marketing background, Ben has helped produce sold out comedy and theater shows in both countries that he calls home. He loves telling stories through long-form improv and music, via characters that entertain and captivate audiences.
